Bill Slutzky-

Bill joined Potter Realty in 2005 as a licensed Associate Broker.  Bill has spent his entire life in the Kingston community, graduating from Kingston High School.  He then attended Rochester University and SUNY Alfred, majoring in Construction Engineering.  He brings to the business an in-depth knowledge of construction and development.  He has applied this knowledge to sub-division development, property management, and new construction of spec homes.

Daniel Hauspurg

Dan joined Potter Realty in 2016 as a licensed Sales Agent.  He has resided in the Rondout Valley for thirty years, actively participating in the commercial, residential, agricultural, and governmental sectors of the community.  His wife and partner was born in the valley, and her family has had a continuous presence in Ulster County since 1680!  Local Business owner, commercial and residential landlord, former board member of Industrial Development Agency, and Ulster County Development Corporation, he is well versed in the Economic Development Community.
